This policy describes the processing of personal data carried out by MG Sentinel, S.L. through this website and the published email addresses. The applicable framework is Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Purpose of processing

Personal data received via the contact form or the published email addresses is processed solely to reply to the enquiry submitted and, where applicable, to maintain the professional communication initiated by the user (institutional programmes, industrial partners, investors, press). It is not used for profiling, advertising or automated decision-making.

3. Legal basis

The user's explicit consent provided when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in managing professional relationships initiated at the user's own request (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Categories of data

Identifiers: name and, optionally, organisation. Contact data: email address. Communication content: the message sent. No special categories of data are collected. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools are used.

5. Retention, sharing and transfers

Data is kept for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and, thereafter, for the legally applicable limitation periods. It is not shared with third parties except by legal obligation. Form submissions are processed via Resend (an EU-based processor) under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. No international transfers outside the European Economic Area are performed.

6. User rights

The user may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability over their personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.

7. How to exercise rights

To exercise any of the above rights, the user may write by email to the controller, attaching a copy of an identification document. The response will be issued within a maximum of one month from receipt of the request.

8. Complaint before the supervisory authority

If the user considers that their rights have not been properly addressed, they may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) through its electronic office at www.aepd.es.
